This is a re encode from another torrent. It has been sitting at 91% for weeks.

So, I used "Fix VTS" on the existing, incomplete files, made new menus and re encoded it.

I downloaded this torrent and burnt it with Nero, when I played it the video started and stopped started and stopped. There must be a corrupted file.
